Do the tours include flights?

The prices shown don't include international flights. However, we can coordinate domestic flights within Peru (e.g., Lima–Cusco) if you prefer. Just ask and we'll include it in your total budget.

Can I customize the itinerary?

All our tours are 100% customizable. You can adjust dates, the number of days at each destination, accommodation type, optional activities and the pace of the trip. Just tell us what you need and we'll adapt it.

How big are the groups?

We work with small groups of up to 10–12 people, depending on the tour. This guarantees a more intimate experience, with better attention and access to sites and time slots that large groups can't take advantage of. We also offer private tours for couples and families.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. For the Salkantay Trek and tours that include Machu Picchu during high season (June–August), we suggest 60–90 days. Inca Trail permits sell out months ahead.

What if I need to cancel?

We have a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you get back 100% of your deposit. Between 15 and 30 days, 50%. Under 15 days, the full charge applies, except for documented force majeure. We'll walk you through it before you book.
