How long does it take you to respond?
We respond to every inquiry sent through this form within 24 business hours. If you message us on WhatsApp, we usually reply within a few hours — even on weekends.
Can I customize a standard tour?
Of course. All our tours are customizable. Tell us what you'd like to adjust — pace, dates, activities, accommodation type — and we'll adapt it at no extra consulting cost.
What languages do you speak?
We're fluent in Spanish and English. Several of our guides also speak French and Portuguese. All our guides are native Quechua speakers.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance, especially for Machu Picchu during high season (June–August). Treks like the Inca Trail require up to 3 months ahead of time because of the permits.
Do you have a physical office in Cusco?
Yes, you're welcome to visit our office in the historic center of Cusco, near the Plaza de Armas. We recommend scheduling an appointment via WhatsApp beforehand to make sure one of our experts is available.
